This was put out the same day as the Ryan Peters tweet so I'm guessing they got their info from the same source. Bethea is not listed so I'll assume he's out. Tanksley situation is very weird as he said he's still at SP and figgy was also told he's still on the team. We'll see what happens.

What's frustrating is the other 12 MAAC schools HAVE their rosters posted on their website (innovative). 15-17 players posted.

Add Sanders, Morris. I was told Tanksley is not on scholarship. Whatever that means.
Looking very small. Run Baby Run!

One thought for consideration. Is it possible that one could have a scholarship in another sport. For example, Sanders is a D1 level baseball player. Also what exceptions could be made for graduate students. Like a walk on.

Last two signings, on paper, seem to have elevated 🦚 potential to score. Seems as if there is more upside to this season, with high pedigree guard depth and a proven swing man scorer.
We’ll get a better idea in about two months.

I think Zeigler is really going to break out. I saw a video on his IG playing in a summer league and he looks like he added some serious muscle. He will be a force going to the rim. If his shot is more consistent he is going to have a big year.

How about “academic” scholarship. Anyone come close on that score? Remember back maybe 15-20 years ago we had a kid from Newark. Excellent student, didn’t play a lot until maybe senior year. Name of “Taylor” or something like that.

Is it next year the scholarships increase to 15? It's strange that the MAAC schools rosters I've checked have a minimum of 15 players. I don't recall that many schools in previous seasons carrying that many with walk ins.

Corey Taylor I remember pretty well. Played for Fiore from 88-92 wound up starting 5 games in 92 when he played in a total of 24 overall averaging 4.6 per game. He was on an academic scholarship out of Weequahic High School. Another notable walks on was Mark Schrobach during the Dukiet era who wound up starting some games at point guard as I recall played I think at Union Hill in high school. Some here may also remember Walter Gibson a walk on who transferred in from Dayton in the Fiore era played some key minutes a few times off the bench in the 90-91 NCAA year especially in a big triple overtime win down at Loyola that year.
