The Peacocks travel to Rutgers Monday. Anyway, Rutgers is 15 point favorite and o/u is 122. Seems to be a low scoring affair. Hopefully, Peacocks play hard and stay healthy for the Buffalo swing. Rutgers beat Bryant by 9 and SP is better than Bryant. I look for a close game. Play defense and let's hit a few shots. I also see where Siena gave up 58 points in the second half to Albany. That had to hurt especially to a crosstown rival.
Anybody going to the game Monday? If so, safe travel and Go Peacocks!

This popped up on my phone as a memory this weekend. Hopefully a good omen! Pic came through a little blurry but that's 68-50 good guys.

Youngalum, that was 2014. SP was a 9 point dog too. Also Sp won in 2012 and was a 16 point dog. Women as you say. Go Peacocks!

Yes. Consequently it's been 9 years since we were invited back. A win tonight and we may not see the Knights on the schedule for a long, long time!
Hoping we see Corey tonight but if he is questionable it would be wise to hold him out until MAAC play this weekend.

Struggling offensively and way too many turnovers. We're outrebounding Rutgers by a lot. We have a lot of players with D1 heart but D2 talent.

Can’t get anything going offensively. Many possessions resulting in forced shots at the buzzer. It’s a work in progress but I still think we can be a formidable foe in the league. Getting a healthy Washington back would definitely help

A positive sign. Washington is dressed and participating in warm ups.

Turnovers are a killer. 15 so far and there’s still plenty of game left.

With 11:31 left in the 2nd half we have 18 turnovers and 18 personal fouls. Our starting guards are a combined 0 for 11 from the floor. We're 3 for 8 from the line and 9 for 39 from the floor. Let's see who shows up in the last 11 minutes.

Overwhelming rebounding advantage does not translate into points. Just awful shooting and turnovers were the name of the game tonight. Not much else to say except put it behind us and focus on Niagara and Canisius.

23 turnovers to 5 assists.
< 25% FG %
Worked hard on the boards but could not overcome offensive challenges.
We step down in class beginning Friday.

There are many opportunities for offensive rebounds when you miss 42 field goals and 10 free throws. Io Pavo

Frustrating to watch the absolute level of ineptitude on the offense end, but, have to remember we are playing without three starters.
Small consolation on 11/27, but reality.
