In reading the article following the 12th consecutive loss for the Peahens it quoted "acting head coach Tiffany Jones". I am assuming this means that Stephanie has been let go, but could not find an announcement. It's ashame what has happened to this program. When I was in school the ladies were the dominant team in the MAAC year in and year out. A change was definately needed, hopefully they can find the right coach for the job in the offseason.
Also, I've noticed they have been referring to our women's teams as the "Lady Peacocks". Is this a typo or are they getting rid of the "Peahen".

I saw Stepanie DeWolf at a Peacock game a few weeks ago. She looked very pregnant. Could be maternity leave.

Hope Stephanie and her family are healthy and happy and also hope SPU gets a new women's coach soon.

I was told they are neither Peahens nor Lady Peacocks, just Peacocks. I'm having a difficult time again with this political correctness thingy. As for Stephanie ,maternity leave is official reason. My uninformed guess is that it paves the way for a graceful departure.

Hate to see anyone fired and I don't think that is the case at present, but it's time for a change. Our record and performance year to date has been an embarrassment. We are getting blown out by power houses like Brown!! Common, give me a break. DeWolf was a great player for us and a good assistant coach, but she was not made out to be head coach. I wish her the best.
