JD,last night, landed the prize all the Peacock Nation has been waiting for in Peoria High,6'10", McD AllAmerican,Illinois HS all-time leading rebounder, Kanby Rehaal. Then Dunne shocked SPC fans by announcing he was moving on to Towson State for 3 years-750 K. What was today's date again ?

Cindy...your report easily tops my "story" that Fran decided to return to Siena and vowed to take the Saints to the NCAA again. This time, however, it would be as spectators as they will have a tough time avoiding the PIG in 2012. Rumored to bre Fran's closest competitor for the opening was John Dunne who commented that he was looking forward to rebuilding Siena's decimated Program.
What date is it?

Cindy , as strong as your April 1 effort was , Mother Nature is now topping the humor attempts of all of us mere humans . The white crap is coming down and sticking . I had stored all the orange golf balls away but now have to go find them again . No golf and no Peacock basketball - the definition of the worst of all possible worlds .

My solution...a glass of cognac and watch the replay of our MAAC championship game.

Nice to see that Shaka Smart turned down N.C. State's offer and decided to stay at VCU. He did get a well deserved salary increase. Hopefully, we'll do the right thing and take care of Dunne.

Stay at VCU and contend every year or go to NC State and play second fiddle to Duke and North Carolina until those coaches retire. He really is Shaka SMART!
