Question for our rules guys. Assuming Diahme will not be back because of injury, is there anyone else on the Roster besides Roberts who has used their 5th year option? So theoretically, Reid and Clarke could come back as well as the rest of the roster?

So theoretically, Reid and Clarke could come back as well as the rest of the roster? That’s a good question. I’m not a rules expert by any means but it’s possible the entire team has eligibility left. Reid has been discussed and looks like a candidate for a 5th year. It’s possible Robert’s still has a 5th year left. He wasn’t honored on sr day. I have him at Niagara CCC listed as a frosh in 20/21, weatherford college 21/22, Virginia St 22/23, and us in 23/24. I haven’t looked into Clarke yet. Obviously in todays day and age we will see defections but hoping they are minimal. Cohesion as a group is a huge advantage if we can keep a lot of pieces. Iona has lost its entire roster again.

You obviously have trouble comprehending what you write. I can recommend a decent day care facility to help with your lack of comprehension.

I’m sure your very familiar with health care facilities, just lacking in the reality of today’s college basketball landscape.

Frascilla presented a way to fix March. If I got it right he says expand to 72. Let automatics keep their bids but bring in a first 8 of the last 16 at large bids and let the mediocre big boys play in. Idk if the greed heads at the power 6 will buy it but it solves some problems. But if they do that they must return the bids to the nit of regular season 1 bid league champs since almost every power team will be in the ncaa

Figgy, I heard that too. I just caught apart of it, but I think you are correct. Kinda makes sense. He was very adamant about Wagner not to have played a play-in game. Makes sense.

Just don’t think that would resolve the myriad of issues that effect the current situation.

The whole debate over how to fix March may become moot if as I read in an article by a guy who writes in the business of sports for Bloomberg a group wants to form a competing tournament in Vegas which gives each participating school $2 mill in nil money which is more than most schools get from the ncaa unless lots of schools from ur conference earn lots of “units” in the madness. Btw the anyone else find it ironic that shas name comes up regarding Louisville while shu is in the middle of a post season run? Doubt it will happen but u know what they say about comes around

Figgy, I read his name on Rupp's Rafters (by the way, their heels are on the ledge). Louisville is a dumpster fire right now. He would be an excellent choice but I think he likes SHU. I'm hoping he stays 2 years and when IU fires Woody, he takes that job.
Btw, SP, Q and MH no portals... yet.

Getting the Hang of It Yesterday at 2:45 PM #66 achilles992000 said: i can't see Holloway being comfortable at Louisville. he is a real Jersey guy and he is at his alma mater.
i will keep doubling down on Will Wade. the violations will be gone in 14 months and they are easy to work around. i don't see why we want candidates who don't want to be here. Click to expand...Agreed. That NYC area type belongs there. For example, I don't think Lou Carneseca could have been happy and winning big in any other region. Even Syracuse and BC seemed too far away from NYC to him.
Figgy, speaking of Sha, I lifted that from the Louisville forum. Several are thinking he is the choice and then Pat Kelsey. Some think he is solid, others don't. But then again, they are Kaintuckians.
What strikes me odd about this post was the reference to NYC and belonging there. These morons have a short memory.... Rick Pitino? He wasn't exactly from St. Louis.

Sha has never operated outside of ny metro area. From queens. Went to st pats. Shu. Coached at Iona shu and spu. Wife is from shu too. So I think there’s lots of reasons to stay but Louisville has resources shu can’t touch so u just never know. But it would have to be an offer he can’t refuse which the cardinals might just offer

Spc91, that's PurWho. Doesn't surprise me. While it pains me to say, I have been to Mackey Arena and you would be surprised the "banners" PAINTED on the walls. Anything from FF from 1980 to women's 5th place badminton. It really is a tragic experience. I'm wondering if this a "pop up" book or a conventional coloring book. Go Peacocks!
