I thought a new or refurbished Yanitelli was next on agenda? Didn't school officials make a trip down to Long Branch to see Monmouth's new arena??

If a visit to West Long Branch occurred, the preceding dialogue must have been, "How can we justify writing off a Windmill hot dog lunch as a business expense? I know, we'll go to Monmouth U."
A Monmouth visit makes zero sense, as it's painfully clear from a phone call and artists sketches the facility is clearly far beyond the scope of SPU's budget. Heck, our keen "Committee" may as well have visited Rupp Arena.
IMO, a LIU type facility would seem to be more appropriate for SPU. Or, maybe Marist?
If a "Committee" really did visit Monmouth, it was either an absence of common sense or an indication the visit was merely "checking a box"....sizing up Monmouth's facility could not possibly have been rooted in reality.

The "trip" to Monmouth was many, many months ago. I believe before the basketball season began. Think our President was part of that trip. Have no idea the purpose but I'm glad it occurred. Showed how far behind we are.
As another "exercise" check out the Athletic Department Staff's of other MAAC members, then check out ours...eye opening!

As another "exercise" check out the Athletic Department Staff's of other MAAC members, then check out ours...eye opening! Seems like an exercise in masochism. And aren't we all glad that we filled out our surveys in a detailed and timely manner. I have to keep praying the "serenity prayer"
