Can't come soon enough for a fan .
1) Peacocks . Maybe a little biased but I think a realistic shot if you think depth is big factor . No other team will match us nine deep . Desi will capitalize on final season and those four game winning buzzer beaters . Still believe he has not gotten close to how good he can be . Marvin will be better with a year under his belt , and that is a big deal . He and staff have to work on improving his passing but this is final season also for a very talented and tough player . Trevis has us covered at point for three more years - a lot of very good and and young points in the conference but none better than our guy . Quadir will IMO make big , big jump in his second season . As good as each of these two guys will get individually , it is even better to contemplate the chemistry growing between them over four seasons . Elias improved this year in many ways , and I think he makes even bigger jump next year . Rolle should benefit a lot from a year at Div 1 .Gaskins and Patterson will be the keys to our winning it all . Losing Chris is a big deal but these two guys give us a lot at this slot . Biggest need a a back-up point . Sure would be nice if Boone were to become eligible - believe he is highest rated coming into MAAC .
2) Iona . Lose a whole lot in Armand , Poole and Bowman but the three coming back are all very, very good . Sledge is eligible to improve a lot if he stays healthy and Cluess gives him a real shot to play . We know Cluess , Grasso will be bringing at least one big deal player in . Biggest concern is how big three deal with more focus on them .
3) Manhattan . Though coach thing is a big deal now ( and should be) , I think Mas will handle it . Pankey made major strides as year went on but will have to prove how he is 35 minute guy without the remarkable Rhameel . Andjuar is one of my favorite players in conference . Storrs , Richards are solid . Biggest concern is big holes to fill when you want to play Mas' system .
4)Quinnipiac . Drame will be best true center in league as senior - and that is a big deal . Will have to prove he can do it sine Azotam but this poster thinks he will .Hearst is very good but will have to do it with more attention this year . I like the young point (can't remember name at moment ) who played more at year end . Losing both Shannons is tough but I think this kid will be more important to them than either . Hear they have outstanding player coming in .Biggest concerns -Azotam is helluva loss & coach still has something to prove to this fan given what he didn't do with all that talent this year .
5) Siena I think they bring everyone back except the fun Cruz . Bisping made biggest jump in league this year . He is great fun to watch play . White is very good point if JP doesn't kill him . Long is talented . He just kept getting better and better at going to the basket as the season went on . Also a very good interior passer . If he gets better at the pull-up jumper and it looks like he will , Lavon will a tough stop in his MAAC career . I just hope he cleans up his act before he injures another player or himself . Biggest concern -JP is a nut who has proven very little in his MAAC career .
6) Monmouth - the surprise if Rice can coach at all .
7) Marist - The outstanding Hart .
8) Rider - Taylor and some good recruits .
9) FF -Some nice talent here but the combo of this coach and a lingering case of Desi dizziness .
10) Niagara
11) Canisius
