From the Inquirer 1-20:
Lamin Fulton made six of his eight shots from the field in the second half to rally host Neumann-Goretti past Father Judge, 67-60. Fulton finished with 19 points.

Father Judge was 9-2 going into game . Lamin seems to be doing great job leading this very young team to wins over good Philly Catholic League squads .

6'7 Andy Fall of Wings, NYC
"The jump that young man has made from his junior to senior year is absolutely incredible," Turnage said of Fall, who saw limited time last winter off the bench but now has scholarship offers from Marist, St. Peter's, Hartford and Kent State.
And Fall, the shot-blocking specialist, was at his best late, eradicating Curtis’ best run of the second half with dunks and blocked shots and finishing with 12 points, nine blocked shots and seven rebounds.

Nothing new to add, but I can't help but think the MAAC Championship and a good game in the tourney can only help us sign some bigs!!

Fulton with 10 and 6 assists in PA AAA opening game 62-34 rout of Annville-Cleona. What was the Shirelles hit? "Will you still love me tomorrow"?

Guys, it may very well happen........JD has his name out there (Monmouth) and certainly other schools will be inquiring. Who can blame him? I am just appreciative of JD bringing a MAAC Title during his tenure. Our AD is a smart cookie, am 100% sure he recognizes recruiting two front liners and keeping Fulton is a must to keep SPC pointed toward the first division. Am almost as sure PE has been "unofficially" contacted by plenty of potential candidates already, should the job be open. I am confident PE will hire the right guy; only question is the impact on recruiting this spring. Having said that, would be great if JD stays..........but life goes on. An incubator for big time coaches is a rep I hope SPC, somehow, can acquire.

What do you guys think of Bruce Hamburger as a potential replacement for Dunne if and when he leaves?

Coaching is a young man's game. No other school has seen fit to grant that status to BH. Pass.

Cal-Irvine, Hofstra, Iona, Maryland-Eastern Shore and Norfolk State are among the Division I recruiting Burrgos.

Back up for Lamin in 2012?
From Zag's Blog:
**After putting on a show against St. Anthony (N.J.) in a TOC final loss on Monday night, Sekou Harris is starting to attract the attention of mid-major schools. The 5-foot-11 junior point guard out of Plainfield (N.J.) collected his first offer from UMES after the game. Things are looking up for the under the radar talent. Both Hofstra and St. Peter’s are on the verge of offering with plenty of other interest piling up.

Need two big guys more urgently, no? Backup point is a luxury our staff cannot afford to recruit, at this point, I think. Will be a very interesting next four weeks!

In total agreement on what our priorities should be for next season. Never mind two bigs......look at what one good recruit like Glover did for Iona. That could be us next year. Obviously, we need at least two, but even one really good recruit can make a major impact. Four years ago, Dunne told me he could promise one thing as a coach. That one thing is that he'd never be out worked by any other coach. Dunne realizes our needs more than anyone and I'm confident he's working hard to fill those needs. Also, keep in mind that recruiting has become a little easier since our MAAC Championship. To quote Coach Dunne, "Players are now calling us"!
