Simply put , the TWINS . I may be in the minority here who believes that they both made significant jumps in their soph seasons albeit in different ways . Sure , they both have to get stronger and finish around the basket better . But considering that they mostly shared one position on the court , their numbers were quite impressive in just their second seasons , particularly their combined rebounding stats . Just one way , but a vital one in measuring just how hard these young men play . But the numbers are less important than what our eyes told us about the improvements they made in shooting , handling the ball and helping Peacocks get the ball up court quickly , stressing again differently at the gains in each aspect of the game . One thing about players is the athleticism and basketball talent they bring to a program at the beginning of their career but the more important one for most players is their continued and consistent attempt to get better each and every practice and game . I am one Peacock fan who sees these two young men among those kind of players .
It has been a long offseason but we are getting close now to seeing Peacock hoops . Looking forward with the same enthusiasm to our women's program again .
