Seems reality based.
Take our lumps this year getting two-four frosh significant playing time. Lack of roster wide shooting and passing skills puts a low ceiling on this season.
Ideally, with Wyche as a senior PG, underclassmen development and the addition of two (moderately) talented shooters sitting out this year, team can compete for a "first five" MAAC spot in '16-'17.
Worth mentioning we saw far from the best Q has to offer last season. If Q plays much better, Wyche proves he can score and Haskins and Boone (both have upside!) take a big step up, MAYBE the PIG can be avoided this season....but not likely. I'll have to see it to believe it from Chazz and Elias; I suspect their early season minutes will erode as the calendar turns. We'll see.
Worst case for this season is low-ceiling underclassmen get "seniority" type minutes over our frosh. We're not going anywhere anyway this year; all eyes should be on '16-'17.
