Daily Dose of hoops had a tweet interview with Dunne. Much more informative with comments on most of the squad. Most telling one is" John Dunne: "A lot of our guys have taken a step forward, but I think the guy that's probably improved the most is Quadir Welton."" They might publish it on their site. They did have a good article on the schedule.

That, Sir, is very encouraging.
Q becoming a consistent defensive/rebounding force in the middle Is, IMO, the key to the season (excluding injury issues).

Judging by Q's "new look" body and comments from our Assistants, Q worked very, very hard over the Summer. Shows me that he has a great work ethic and wants to be good. Still needs some inside moves and Q couldbe/will be a dominant player in the league....and only a Sophomore! Tremendous upside potential.
PS Getting way too far ahead but the Staff has two players coming in on a visit within the next week or so. They need to replace 5 players after this year and are already working on it. Supposedly high level recruits. I'm already doing the same. If both teams ( bb/golf) get the guys that we are targeting both teams will be good for quite a while.
